01Delete it in the app
- Open Talib and sign in.
- Go to the Settings tab.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Enter your password and tap Delete.
02Delete it here
Don't have the app installed? Sign in below and your account is deleted straight away. This can't be undone.
Forgotten your password? Use Forgot password on the app's sign-in screen, or email notkamara@gmail.com from the address on your account and we'll delete it for you within 30 days.
03What gets deleted
Deleted immediately and permanently:
- Your profile: username, display name, email address and password
- Your course and lesson progress, quiz answers and scores
- Your leaderboard score, streak, health, coins and unlocked lessons
- Your survey answers and any password-reset codes
Kept:
- A record of which store purchase transactions were already credited (transaction ID and product only), so a purchase can't be credited twice. It holds no name, email or progress.
- Purchase and subscription receipts held by Apple, Google and our payment processor RevenueCat, under their own retention policies.
Subscriptions keep running until you cancel them. Deleting your account doesn't cancel Talib Premium. Cancel it in App Store → your profile → Subscriptions on iOS, or Google Play → Payments & subscriptions on Android.
